Dr. Chung received his B.Eng in Computer Engineering, M.Phil and PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1997, 1999 and 2003, respectively, from The University of Hong Kong. Over the years, he has served as the TA/Demonstrator for many courses. He joined the Computer Science Department in HKU in 2002 where he is now serving as an Hon. Assistant Professor.
