STUDENT REGISTRATION WAIVER

To encourage graduate students to attend the conference, a limited number of student registration waiver is available. If a graduate student's supervisor is registered in ASIACCS'2011 with a regular registration, the graduate student can apply for a student registration waiver. A Student Registration Waiver receiver is permitted to attend all sessions and invited talks, lunches and coffee-breaks. Proceedings and banquets are not included. To apply for the student registration waiver, the supervisor should directly send an email to asiaccs2011@cs.hku.hk with the subject "Student Registration Waiver Application". The email should include the following contents: Name of supervisor: _______________________________________________ Name of institute: _______________________________________________ Name of student*: _______________________________________________ Contact no. of student: _______________________________________________ E-mail of student: _______________________________________________ Studying programme (e.g. PhD): _______________________________________________ Accepted paper number (if any): _______________________________________________ * To verify the student status of a student registration waiver receiver, a scanned copy of  his/her student card should be attached with the application email. Important dates: Application submission due date: 1 Feb 2011, Tuesday Acceptance Notification: 15 Feb 2011, Tuesday (Late applications will still be considered when places are available.) Note: - One supervisor's registration cannot be used in more than one student registration waiver application. - The supervisor's registration can also be an author's registration. - The organizing committee has the right to make final decision of the waiver application.
