Dear all,<\/p>\n

On behalf of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2016 – 2017, it is our honour to invite you to the Annual Dinner. The Annual Dinner is an annual gathering event for the Members, alumni and staff of the Department. It serves as a platform for maintaining connections among them.<\/p>\n

The details of the event are as follows:<\/p>\n

Date: 15th November, 2016 (Tuesday)
\nTime: 19:00 – 21:30
\nVenue: Rome Caf\u00e9, Graduate House, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
\nDress code: Smart Casual
\nPrice: $250 (Full Members)\/ $300 (Associate Members)<\/p>\n

A booth is set up for application. The Details are as follows:
\nDate: 31st October, 2016 (Monday) \u2013 4th November, 2016 (Friday)
\nTime: 14:30 – 17:30
\nVenue: outside HW311, Haking Wong Building

*Important Remarks:
\n*Associate Members MUST validate his\/her membership by showing his\/her membership card on the day of event. Associate Members who fail to show their membership cards should pay an associate membership fee of $20 on the day of event
\n* Each Associate Member can bring at most one person to attend. The person must specify the attending Associate Member and should pay $350 to join.
\n* Applicants should secure their place by paying on or before 4th November, 2016
