    At all General Meetings, a quorum shall be formed with no less than 10% of Full Members, while Union Council Meeting procedures and By-laws of Engineering Council, Hong Kong University and Constitution of Engineering Society, HKU shall be observed.Ms. Wong Hoi Lei (ENSIV\u2019 23) [UID: 3036063917] is invited by the Engineering Council Chairman as Returning Officer of this Meeting for scrutinization purpose. She shall have the right to speak on the proceeding of the Meeting only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
