GB-to-Big5 Converter

Description:

With the increasing popularity of web pages in GB code, there is a need to have a GB-to-Big5 converter. However, existing algorithm is not very satisfactory. In this project, we will

  1. derive a GB-to-Big5 conversion algorithm

  2. Convert GB web pages to Big5 code.

  3. Write a PC doc-reader (Palm doc format) which can read GB document and display in Big 5.
