Description:

This project is to investigate and implement a system based on an available digital library package to enhance the information storage and retrieval operation in an office (the CS general office will be studied in this project). This system has at least the following advantages:

1. efficiency in information retrieval
2. reduction in storage space (note that 1G byte memory can store up to 20000 pages of information)
3. less paper usage
