Schedule 時間:

• Session 1A: 2012-11-10[Sat] 09:00 to 11:00 (Primary school teams, and some secondary school teams 小學隊伍及部份中學隊伍)
• Session 1B: 2012-11-10[Sat] 09:00 to 11:00 (Secondary school teams 中學隊伍)
• Session 2A/2B: 2012-11-10[Sat] 11:30 to 13:30 (Secondary school teams 中學隊伍)

Points to note 注意事項:

• Primary school teams will be allocated to Session 1A. The teams only need to indicate the list of participants who will attend the talk.
  小學隊伍會被安排參與第1A節的講座。各隊伍於報名時須填寫出席者名單。
• Secondary school teams will be allocated to one of the Sessions 1B, 2A or 2B by the organizer.
  The teams only need to indicate the list of participants who will attend the talk. The participants cannot choose or change the session allocated.
  中學隊伍會被安排參與第1B、2A或2B節的講座。 各隊伍於報名時須填寫出席者名單，參賽者不可選擇或更改被安排的時段。
• Each team is required to do registration once only.
  每隊只須於網上提交一份報名表。
• The final schedule for each team will be announced through email to teacher on 2012-11-07. Please check email for the session your team is assigned to.
  主辦單位將於2012-11-07(星期三) 以電郵通知老師各隊伍的講座及參觀時段。敬請留意。
• No recordings of the event will be done.
  主辦單位不會進行實況錄影。
• Handout of the talk will be posted to the competition website within one week of the event.
  講義會於活動後一星期內上載至比賽網頁。
• Late registration will not be entertained.
  逾期遞交的參加表格概不受理。

• Teacher (or Participant 1 of the event registration form) of the teams who have at least one member registered for this event should have received an email with the assigned time slot.
  已報名參與此活動的組別老師們(或於活動報名表上的參加者1) 應收到我們發出 的電子郵件，告知貴隊伍（已報名的同學／老師）參與此活動的時段。
• Please attend only the assigned session.
  請依照時段出席。
• Only participants listed on the event registration form are allowed to attend the event.
  請注意本活動只供已報名參與此活動的同學／老師參加。
• Please contact your teacher to check the assigned time slot. If none of your team members/teacher receive our email, please email to us at light@cs.hku.hk. Thank you for your attention.
  如果貴隊伍已報名，但老師及所有隊員均收不到通知電郵，請立即電郵到light@cs.hku.hk。多謝參與。
  
• On the day of the event, the talk and visit (of each session) will last for about an hour. The teams will further divided into two groups. Group A will first go for an one-hour visit, followed by the Talk. Group B will first attend the talk, followed by an one-hour visit. Please register at our reception desk on your arrival. Our staff will let you know your assigned group, and guide you to the suitable venue.
  活動當天，每時段的參觀與講座各佔約一小時。主辦單位會因應該時段的人數，將所有參加者分為兩組別。組別A 會先進行一小時的參觀，繼而參與講座。組別B會先參與講座，再進行參觀。 請各參加者先於接待處進行登記，得知被編配的組別，跟據指示到適當的地點稍候。
