  1. Participants can enter the assigned venue at 0815 hour the earliest for preparation. The team should first register at the Reception, and note the assigned sitting arrangement and exhibition area. The team can then prepare at the exhibition area.   2. The teams should be seated at 0850, before the start of the concert. The first three performing teams should proceed to the waiting area to prepare for the performance. 參賽者需於 0850h 到座位區就坐，等待演奏會開始。首三隊演出者請到等候區準備。
  3. Each team has 3 minutes 30 seconds on stage for setup and performance. For the part of performance, the maximum duration is 90 seconds. A stop signal will be given by the judges when time is up. 每隊有3分30秒的時間進行準備及表演（於舞台上）。表演時間最多為 90 秒。當表演時間完結，評判會指示參賽者停止表演。

Each team should plan, before before the event, where to place the mic stands / music stands / tables / chairs / computers, etc. If you need to use computer for your performance, please start the required programs before you go onstage. Please be reminded that you only have 3 minutes and 30 seconds on stage.   8. The seats in the hall are allocated according to the participant list. Parents, classmates, friends (Non-participants) can enjoy the show at the Balcony (Public Seating Area). 禮堂內的座位區是根據參賽名單編排。家長、同學或朋友（非參賽者）可到禮堂二樓的公眾席就坐欣賞演出。
  9. Each team should perform according to the assigned timeslot. Latecomers will not be allowed to perform. 每隊須依照指定表演時間演出。遲到者將不會獲得演出機會。

  13. To avoid disturbing the other members of the audience and the performance, if you must leave the venue during the programme, please wait until a suitable break. Readmission is at the discretion of venue management. 若您在演出中途有需要離開觀眾席，請等待至該節目段落結束時離去，以免影響表演者及在場欣賞的觀眾。如欲再進場，請按照場地的安排。

Exhibition and Judging 作品展覽及評審

  1. 12:30-13:30 is the time for lunch and exhibition setup. Teams are advised to make appropriate lunch and duty arrangements. 12:30-13:30 為午膳及參賽隊伍展覽前準備時間。參賽隊伍請自行安排午膳及看守展品。
  2. The locations of the exhibition areas of the teams are assigned by the organizers. 每隊展覽區的位置由主辦單位決定。
  3. Each team will have two student desks for putting their exhibits. 每隊會有兩張學生枱放置展品。
  4. The location of the exhibition area of each team is determined by the musical instrument size mentioned in the "Intention to Submit" form. Members of the team can stay around their exhibition areas for demonstration to judges and visitors.   7. The seating area can be used as a temporary resting area during the exhibition. However, since the exhibition is open to public, at all times participants should not leave their personal belongings unattended.   8. There is no chair in the exhibition areas.
