There is no restriction. It's fine to

-
Is there a duration limit in presenting the project to visitors?
-
There is no duration limit.
Yet, since there are many exhibits in the room,

A few minutes would be good enough.

We have prepared materials only for the judges. How can we identify them?
-
Judges can be identified by the badges they wear.
There is no need to prepare materials only to the judges as they are just visitors with some professional knowledge on the topic your project is on.
Since the exhibition is open to the public, anyone from children to professionals may come and ask you questions judges may ask.
Facing the public is facing the judges.
