ABSTRACT |
The software engineering profession may not be immediately ready for
licensing and harmonization, but we must start the groundwork
as soon as possible.
In this paper,
we look at various constraints and conflicts
against harmonized standards in software engineering,
and propose measures to help the maturity of the young profession.
Keywords: Body of knowledge, harmonization, licensing, professional standards |
