Function
-Can implement the existing database which is in excel format
-There are two interface, one is for desktop computer, one is for mobile devices
-User can import records into the database
-User can record location by different means. E.g., google map or choose the district
-User can select the race of the bird as well. Not just input the full name
-User can set up an account and view their past records
-Admin can do the verification
-Admin can set screening condition for importing records
-System can have sorting function for better view of the data
-Records can be consist of different kinds of data, eg, gander, size, time location, action, photos
