Note to Participants

Please bring with you the following to the venue on the day of the contest.

• HKID card
• Student card

Guidelines:

• Please arrive by 3:00 pm for registration.
• Late comers are allowed, but no later than 5:30 pm, and the contest will finish at 7:30 pm.
• You are not supposed to leave the contest venue before 5:30 pm.

Reporters will only be allowed to come into the venue during the first 5 minutes and until the end of the contest to avoid undesirable contest conditions (e.g. noise disturbance).

There are two contest venues used, they are HW311, HW312. Pleaes refer to CAMPUS MAP for directions and details.

You will be given a choice between a junior set of problems and a senior set of problems. You will select either one, but not a mixture of the two. Only those who attempt the senior set will be eligible for the grand prize (i.e., a $5000 or $1000 cash prize).

Detailed instructions on how to log-in, save and submit your solutions, etc. will be announced on site.
