It means to burst into a bright, intense light,
just as how our cabinet aims to serve in the committee with all power and might,
but not lacking the warmth of a heart to build close bonds among our members.

旭鸞
旭鸞，旭代表旭日，旭字由「九」及「日」組成，「九」可以代表我們是第九屆內閣；
「日」比喻我們的朝氣，我們會充滿幹勁地履行來年的職責。
除此之外，旭日 初升令人溫暖，我們希望會員能有一個置身於大家庭的感覺。
另外，鸞是鳳凰，代表我們如鳳凰般展翅高飛。
而且，「鸞」的同音字是「聯合」的「聯」，
代表我們 是團結的，我們會彼此扶持，盡心盡力地為各位會員服務。
