Dear all,
I would like to announce that Wong Wai Ling, Catherine would be resigning from the Executive Committee as Financial Secretary with effect from 1st February 2011 and Leung Chi Wah, Edgar, the current Information Secretary, has been appointed as Acting Financial Secretary. All Executive Committee members have been working together to ensure a smooth transition and our members would not be affected.
Catherine informed the Executive Committee of her resignation on 23rd December 2010 as she would be going on exchange during Semester 2 of Academic Year 2010-2011. Her resignation was adopted and with the power granted by Section 3.4.1 of The Constitution of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, H.K.U.S.U., Edgar was appointed as Acting Financial Secretary to take over the duties of Financial Secretary.
I would like to thank Catherine for her contributions and wish her a fruitful life as an exchange student.
