三人籃球比賽報名詳情
1. 若要報名,請將團隊成員的名字,聯絡電話及UID發送電子郵件至csa@cs.hku.hk。
2. 報名於二零一二年十一月十六日下午三時截止。
3. 賽程將於比賽前公佈。
球隊
每隊可報球員最多五人。男女不限。
隊中必須至少一人為CSA, ENS, HKUSU的會員。
比賽時間
每場比賽時間十分鐘。
若比賽時間終結得分相等,則加時比賽三分鐘。
賽制
比賽以淘汰制形式進行。
比賽開始
擲毫決定開始發球權。
未獲得控球權的隊,在比賽開始時將依據 “輪換發球權” 規則 “箭咀” 指示(指向該隊球隊席)獲得輪換發球權。
若球隊於預定比賽時間三分鐘後沒有到場或不足三人到場比賽時,則宣判該隊棄權,由對隊勝 20:0。
二十秒鐘規則
某隊球員在場內控制一個活球後,該隊必須在二十秒鐘內設法投籃。
發球區
發球區設在三分區,應在球員發球區發球。
球出界、宣判違例、宣判犯規及投籃球員被侵犯而球中籃或裁判員因任何合理原因而中止比賽時,應在發球區發球恢復比賽。
裁判員控球後應以手交手方式或(在三至四公尺內)彈地傳球給發球員。
發球時
進攻隊球員必須留駐在三分場區內(三分線外)直至球發出觸及進攻隊球員後才能試圖投籃或進入兩分場區。
防守隊球員必須留駐在兩分場區內直至球發出觸及對隊球員後才能進入三分場區。
防守隊球員不得搶截發球員發出之球,直至該球觸及對隊球員為止。
球出界
若球出界,則在球員發球區發球,由原控球隊發球時,則該隊以餘下控球進攻時間繼續進攻,而由非原控球隊發球時,則該隊可重新獲得二十秒鐘控球進攻時間。
比賽進行中投射中籃或最後一次罰球中籃之後
由非得分球隊發球。
比賽進行中投射未中籃
若原進攻隊球員搶獲籃板球,可繼續進攻投籃。
若原防守隊球員搶獲籃板球,則必須使球返回(接觸)三分場區(註:若是控球球員,則其雙足必須接觸三分場區)後,才能試圖投籃。
最後一次罰球未中籃
最後一次罰球未中籃,任一搶獲籃板球的隊必須使球返回(接觸)三分場區(註:若是控球球員,則其雙足必須接觸三分場區)後,才能試圖投籃。
最後兩分鐘比賽
比賽或加時比賽至最後兩分鐘時,記錄台職員應響亮地向場內比賽球員宣佈:”比賽時間還有兩分鐘"。
當宣佈”比賽時間還有兩分鐘"後,不准許球隊請求暫停或換人。
死球
死球時包括投射中籃、最後一次罰球中籃、球出界、宣判跳球、宣判違例、宣判犯規(或有罰球執行時)、球員替補、球隊暫停或裁判員因任何合理原因中止比賽時,比賽計時鐘照常運行。
替補
死球時,球隊均可請求替補。
暫停
死球時,球隊均可請求暫停。
每場比賽,球隊有一次暫停權利。
暫停時間三十秒鐘。
犯規
侵犯投籃球員,若球中籃,得分有效,加一次罰球,由被侵犯球員投射。
侵犯投籃球員,若球未中籃,則判罰兩次或三次罰球,由被侵犯球員投射。
侵犯非投籃球員,由原進攻隊發球恢復比賽。
侵犯非投籃球員,若該隊達”球隊犯規:罰則"狀態,則被判罰兩球,除非該犯規罰則較重,則執行較重罰則。
技術犯規
判罰兩次罰球,由被侵犯球員投射,其他球員必須留駐在三分場區內(三分線外)。
罰球無論中籃與否,皆由原進攻隊發球恢復比賽。
球員五次犯規
球員五次犯規(包括侵人犯規、技術犯規、違反運動道德犯規)後,應自動離場退出比賽。
球隊犯規:罰則
球隊犯規累積達四次後,當無控球權時,該隊球員犯規,則被判罰球兩次。除非該次犯規罰則較重,則執行較重罰則。
比賽時間終結得分相等
比賽時間終結得分相等,則加時三分鐘比賽。應按輪換發球權發球恢復比賽。
若加時三分鐘後仍未能分出勝負,則以「黃金罰球」決定勝負。兩隊擲毫決定先後次序投射。
例如:「A1 投中__B1 投中__A2 投中__B2 不中」後,即鳴哨宣佈比賽結束,A 球隊獲勝。餘此類推,直至分出勝負為止。
罰球投中之得分應累加在球隊得分之上。
五次犯規的球員或被取消比賽資格的球員,不得參加”黃金罰球”決勝程序。
一位球員亦只能在每一輪相間投射”黃金罰球”時限作一次投射罰球。
若仍未能分出勝負,則應重新按第一輪投射次序進行次輪相間投射”黃金罰球”決定勝負。餘此類推,直至分出勝負為止。
裁判員的判決為終決!球隊不得異議。

Application Details of 3 on 3 Basketball Competition
1. To apply, please e-mail to csa@cs.hku.hk (With team members’ name, contact number and UID).
2. Application deadline is 1500, 16th November, 2012.
3. Fixtures will be announced before the competition.
Teams
Each team shall consist of a maximum of five (5) players.
There must be at least one (1) player is the member of CSA, ENS, HKUSU in every team.
Playing Time
The regular playing time shall be ten (10) minutes.
If the score is tied at the end of the last period, the game shall continue with an overtime periods of two (2) minutes as is necessary to break the tie.
Competition System
The competition is using elimination series.
Beginning of the game
A coin flip will be used to determine which team will begin with the ball at midcourt.
The team which does not have the ball possession shall be entitled to the ball at the next jump ball situation in accordance with the alternating possession arrow rule. The arrow will be directed to the bench of the team which is entitled to the ball at the next alternating possession opportunity.
A team shall lose the game by forfeit (20:0) if three (3) minutes after the scheduled starting time the team is not present on the playing court with three (3) players ready to play.
Twenty second device
The team must attempt a shot for a field goal within twenty (20) seconds.
Take back line
The take back line is an area outside the three point line.
Out-of-bounds, violations, fouls or game suspended by the referee, shall be resume at the take back line.
The ball shall be checked by the referee.
Start of play
The offensive players must presence in three-point field region (behind the three-point line) before the play. Offensive player must pass the ball into play.
The defensive players must presence in two-point field region before the play. The defensive players cannot steal the first pass of offensive team.
Out-of-bound
If the offensive team has the ball possession, it shall resume the game with the remaining time at the take back line.
If the defensive team has the ball possession, it shall resume the game with twenty (20) seconds at the take back line.
Following each successful field goal or last free throw
Non-scoring team resume the game at the take back line.
Following each unsuccessful field goal
If the offensive team gets the rebound, it may continue to attempt the score without returning the ball to behind the three-point line.
If the defensive team gets the rebound, it must return the ball (by passing or dribbling) behind the three-point line. Both feet of the dribbler must be totally behind the ‘take back’ line before offence can commence.
Following each unsuccessful last free throw
Following each unsuccessful last free throw, the team which get the rebound must return the ball (by passing or dribbling) behind the three-point line. Both feet of the dribbler must be totally behind the ‘take back’ line before offence can commence.
Last 2-minute
There will be “2-minute left” announcement. After the announcement it is not allowed to call for a time-out or change player.
Dead ball
Dead ball include successful field goal or last free throw, out-of-bounds, violations, fouls or game suspended by the referee, the game clock continue.
Substitution
Substitution can be made after any dead ball until two (2) minutes left.
Timeout
Timeout can be made after any dead ball until two (2) minutes left.
Each team is allowed one thirty-second (30) timeout per game.
Fouls
If the offended player is attempting a successful field goal, the field goal is count and one (1) free throw will be awarded.
If the offended player is attempting an unsuccessful field goal, two (2) or three (3) free throws will be awarded.
If the offended player is not attempting field goal, offensive team shall resume the game at the take back line.
If the offended player is not attempting field goal, and the defensive team is in a penalty foul situation, two (2) free throws will be awarded unless a more critical penalty.
A player who has committed five (5) fouls must leave the game.
Team foul
A team is in penalty foul situation when it is committed four (4) team fouls in a game.
Technical fouls
The offended team is awarded two (2) free throws. All other players must presence in three-point field region (behind the three-point line) during free throw.
The offended team has the ball possession after free throw.
Game tie
In the event of a draw at the end, three (3) minutes overtime period will be played.
Ball possession goes with the alternating possession arrow rule.
If over time period result in a draw, a “golden free throw” is used to break the tie. The first to then miss on equal alternate free throw shall lose. Foul out players may not compete.
