4. To cast a vote of confidence for members of the Executive Committee of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2016–2017
5. To receive and adopt the amended constitution

According to the constitution of the Association, CHEUNG Chi Ying, NG Cheuk Hei and HO Cheuk Yan cease to be a Full Member of the Association and will not be eligible for office in the Executive Committee of the Association during their term of office. Referring to article 4.1.2 of the constitution of the Association, it is stated that “the vote of a General Meeting shall possess the highest authority in the Association”, therefore the Executive Committee convene this Extraordinary General Meeting to cast a vote of confidence for them to hold office till the end of this session. Other than this, the amended constitution will be received and adopted during the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association.
