According to the constitution of the Association, CHAN Ming Yui, TSUI Yim Ting and HUI Ka Sin cease to be a Full Member of the Association and will not be eligible for office in the Executive Committee of the Association during their term of office. Referring to article 4.1.2 of the constitution of the Association, it is stated that “the vote of a General Meeting shall possess the highest authority in the Association”, therefore the Executive Committee convene this Extraordinary General Meeting to cast a vote of confidence for them to hold office till the end of this session.
