The "Lightning Detector Design Competition" is organized by the Faculty of Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Observatory, and the Hong Kong Meteorological Society under the project titled "Lightning Analyzer for Everyone" supported by the HKU Knowledge Exchange Fund.
