Good day! I'm 葉志立 YIP Chi Lap [Beta]. Nice to meet you here.
This homepage was first designed in about 1995, and improvements, if any, was only incremental. So, you can probably find a lot of history (and dead links) here.
Actually, you can find all sorts of thing that should not be done in modern-day web page development: table-based layout, inconsistent page styles, outdated information, dead links, and whatever hideous things that may make current web site developer sigh. Sigh.
Welcome to my homepage. The Copyright message is at the end of this page. I don't really need disclaimers, but it's nice if you like this "standard" disclaimer I got from the net.
Multimedia LabThe department closed the multimedia lab in July 2009 to claim space for teaching lab with PCs in it. The dual G5 machines and other equipments are to be decommissioned. 10 iMacs were purchased with Final Cut Express and Logic Express for multimedia teaching. They are to be placed in the dot net lab in Chow Yei Ching Building. The chroma screen is kept in the same place there without being repainted. It is just a few minutes of walk away from the newly purchased iMacs. Because of cost, gone are the professional software in the lab that were also used in the multimedia industry, such as Final Cut Pro, Digital Performer, Protools, and others.
Here are the old pages of the Multimedia lab:
