On behalf of the newly elected Executive Committee of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, we are delighted to inform you that an Inauguration Ceremony will be held to mark the commencement of the journey of serving our members.
We are now recruiting student helpers for the Inauguration Ceremony, who may help in carrying out one or some of the following natures of duty during the ceremony:
– As a coordinator at the on-site
– Regulate the proceeding of the ceremony
– Facilitate the communication among guests
The details of the ceremony are as follows:
Date: 27th March, 2013 (Wednesday)
Time: 19:30 – 21:30 (Cocktail : 19:00 – 19:30)
Venue: T4, Meng Wah Complex, The University of Hong Kong
Dress code: Formal
The Inauguration Ceremony is one of the most important occasions not only for us, but also one that represents our members as a whole. Your help may greatly determine the success of the event.
