On behalf of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, I would like to inform you that the nomination period for the Election of Office Bearers of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2015–2016 is going to start at 10:00, 4th Feburary 2015 and end at 18:00, 17th Feburary 2015.
According to the Constitution of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, all candidates should be in the form of parties. Nomination for election shall only contain the names and signatures of candidates, together with the names and signatures of the proposers and seconders, and must be in the hands of the Internal General Secretary, or the Chairperson before the nomination period ends. The template of the nomination form can be obtained at http://i.cs.hku.hk/~csa/Documents/NominationForm_2015-2016.docx. The list of all nominations will be posted by 23:00, 19th February 2015.
