2. To appoint the acting Honorary Secretary
3. To receive and adopt the agenda
4. To cast a vote of confidence for Cheung Ching Hong to hold office of Social Secretary and Sports Secretary till the end of the Session 2015–2016 of CSA, ENS, HKUSU
5. Adjournment
According to the constitution of the Association, Cheung Ching Hong ceases to be a Full Member of the Association and will not be eligible for office in the Executive Committee of the Association during his term of office. The Executive Committee convenes this Extraordinary General Meeting to cast a vote of confidence for him to hold office till the end of this session.
