On behalf of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2016 – 2017, it is our honour to invite you to the Annual Dinner. The Annual Dinner is an annual gathering event for the Members, alumni and staff of the Department. It serves as a platform for maintaining connections among them.
The details of the event are as follows:
Date: 15th November, 2016 (Tuesday)
Time: 19:00 – 21:30
Venue: Rome Café, Graduate House, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
Dress code: Smart Casual
Price: $250 (Full Members)/ $300 (Associate Members)
A booth is set up for application. The Details are as follows:
Date: 31st October, 2016 (Monday) – 4th November, 2016 (Friday)
Time: 14:30 – 17:30
Venue: outside HW311, Haking Wong Building

*Important Remarks:
*Associate Members MUST validate his/her membership by showing his/her membership card on the day of event. Associate Members who fail to show their membership cards should pay an associate membership fee of $20 on the day of event
* Each Associate Member can bring at most one person to attend. The person must specify the attending Associate Member and should pay $350 to join.
* Applicants should secure their place by paying on or before 4th November, 2016
* For bank transfer, please be noted that you MUST use ATM for bank transfer and the applicant MUST send a photograph of the receipt on or before 4th November, 2016 to csa@cs.hku.hk. (No cheque or Counter Service is allowed)
