On behalf of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, I would like to inform you that the nomination period for the Election of Office Bearers of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2018–2019 is extended to end at 18:00, 2nd February 2018, since no nomination has been received to date.
According to the Constitution of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, all candidates should be in the form of parties. Nomination for election shall only contain the names and signatures of candidates, together with the names and signatures of the proposers and seconders, and must be in the hands of the Internal General Secretary, or the Chairperson before the nomination period ends. The template of the nomination form can be obtained at http://i.cs.hku.hk/~csa/Documents/NominationForm_2018-2019.docx. The list of all nominations will be posted by 2nd February 2018.
