The benefits of the project include:

• Switching from low-level and tedious nesC-based test applications to high-level test scripts with test pattern abstractions,
• Reducing significantly the time and effort for the development of WSN applications, since testing is one of the most resource-hungry activities,
• Maintaining and reusing test scripts and test results effectively and efficiently via test management subsystems, and
• Reducing considerably the training and learning time for testing WSN applications by novice software engineers.
